CharaDUO Privacy Policy

CharaDUO does not collect, store on a server, share or sell any personal data.

Camera and microphone. During a live round, CharaDUO can record the guessing team’s reactions (video) and the table’s sound (audio) so the players can watch a short highlight “reaction reel” when the match ends.
Everything stays on your device. Video and audio are written to a temporary folder on your phone. They are never uploaded, sent over a network, analysed or transcribed.
Automatic deletion. Anything you do not save is deleted when you leave the match, and the temporary folder is cleared again every time the app launches.
Photos. The app asks for permission to add to your photo library only when you tap Save on a reel. Nothing is saved unless you choose to.
You are in control. You can play without the camera or microphone at all (“Play Without It”, or deny the permissions), and Settings has switches for the reaction camera and for sound. The whole game works without them.

No accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs.
The app itself makes no connections to any server.
Game settings (for example your language and sound preferences) are kept in the app’s local storage on your device and never leave it.

The first 10 games are free. CharaDUO then offers optional in-app purchases (“10 More Games” and “Unlimited Games”).

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple’s App Store. CharaDUO never sees or stores your payment details or Apple ID, and we receive no information about you from a purchase.
To keep your game count and purchases across a reinstall, the app stores a small counter (games played, packs bought, unlimited unlocked) in your device’s Keychain. It stays on your device.
Use Restore Purchases (on the purchase screen and in Settings) to restore an Unlimited unlock on a new device. Bought “10 More Games” packs are not restorable across devices, because Apple treats them as consumable.

CharaDUO collects no information from anyone, including children, and contains no advertising or links to other apps or websites.
